It's all about the cheese

And we here love cheese. I am especially fond of fresh burrata.  Now burrata has been around for awhile and it seems it is getting quite trendy.  A couple of my favorite eateries  have burrata on their menu.  Fancy, schmancy hamburger joints are putting this cheese on their burgers. Have yet to try that.

My favorite way to eat this delite is to replicate this photo.  Now Mr is somewhat still a bit skeptical of this cheese,  but hey leaves more for me.
