A friend’s sister was just diagnosed with IBC. It just proves that we all must be aware. And god forbid don’t take anything for granted. My friend's sister had on her breast what she thought was a rash or some pimples on her breast. Her Dr. gave her some medicine for the rash and sent her on her way.
I did a bit of research and found this link on snopes as well as a lot of other places.
